Jupiter Is Changing, Hubble Telescope Sees

The Great Red Spot is slowly shrinking. Scientists measuring wind speeds and other atmospheric phenomena with the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope made accurate maps from data collected over a 10 hour period.
