1 minute fire hydrant to kick out, left side (RB)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute fire hydrant to kick out, right side (RB)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute squat hip abductors (RB)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute sumo bouncing squats
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute calf raises
