The chickens weren't laying so l made some white choc chip cookies without any eggs... OMG they came out perfectly, it's my new "turn to" cookie recipe!
1&1/2 cups self raising flour
1 cup soft butter
1 cup caster sugar
m&m's, chocolate pieces, rasins, nuts, apricot, banana... whatever you like!
