It's ADVENTURE time. I'm am cooking the freshest Seared AHI TUNA ever. Going on an epic fishing trip with my favorite South Florida Captain, (Juan Garcia from www.letsgofishing.us) he took us out to catch black fin tuna, yellow fin tuna and skip jack tuna. It was an epic trip and I am glad to share it with you. I also make an awesome recipe for the catch which in my opinion is the best way to eat freshly caught tuna.
