NOTE: To fix any confusion. In the video when I mention your phone requires 5G WiFi.... that is WiFi and not a DATA Cell Tower service. If your phone was made in the past 4 years, it probably has 5Ghz 802.11ac WiFi (like your home WiFi network). This is one of the drones I would recommend for anyone wishing to get into the drone hobby. It is a GPS drone so you won't lose it and it is very stable. It comes with a nice controller, good camera, good flight distance and good flight time, for a reasonable price.
