BENEFIT HELLO HAPPY SOFT BLUR FOUNDATION Review & Wear Test
This is my review of the NEW Benefit Hello Happy Soft Blur Foundation. This foundation is for sure a skin like finish and feel it would be great for all skin types if used with the proper primer. They only thing is the alcohol as the third ingredient so I prob wouldn't use this everyday, but see how your skin tolerates it. Come see how I use it and my wear test!!
