Irregular Periods & Supplements! Vitex?! TTC Ep16

I talk about how frustrating it can be to have irregular periods and not know where in your cycle you are. (in hindsight I can see that I ovulated the week before on cycle day 23, which is why I am having the symptoms of tingly nipples and feeling "good". I didn't work this out until months later!)
I also go through my supplements and vitamins that I am taking.
If you are considering Vitex for your cycle, I would say that 100% you should be visiting a healthcare professional before doing so. Vitex is not right for everyone and can cause damage if taken when you don't need it. A Medical Professional will do the relevant blood / saliva tests to see where your hormones are at as well as evaluate your cycle and symptoms to make the correct recommendations.
