Homemade Easy and Fun to Make French Crullers Donuts

Soft, melt in your mouth donuts that are not only delicious but super fun to make, MUST BE EATEN ON THE SAME DAY! Use your imagination and you can decorate these with sprinkles, candies or whatever you like!

Ing:
2 to 3 cups of oil to fry the donuts in
1 cup water
1 stick butter (7 tbsp) 4 oz)
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 cup white all purpose flour
4 eggs
sprinkles optional
ganash optional
powdered sugar optional
glaze optional
Method:
In a pan add the water and butter once the butter has melted then add the vanilla and the flour, cook this on the stove till the bottom of the pan as a residue. Transfer the mixture to a mixer and beat the mixture to cool it down a bit and start adding the eggs one by one till you have added all the eggs. Let the machine run for 4 min till really smooth and silky. Fill the mixture in a pastry bag and use a large tip, start piping them on some greased parchment paper. Heat the oil and start frying them for about 3 to 4 minutes and lay them on paper towels to get rid of the excess oil. Once they cool down start dipping them and have fun with them! Must be eaten the same day!
