One of my favorite wifi fpv toy grade quad for beginner is the Tianqu Visuo XS809s
Which I have tested out over a year and a half ago and I highly recommend.
For some reason, the quality of toy grade quadcopters are steadily getting worse instead of getting better.
Recommendation is to skip on this one.
