some lows.. and highs of another cycle on my holistic journey of trying to conceive! Some of you who haven't been through this may think this is crazy... but to someone struggling with infertility, this is completely normal!
I do want to add that I have found the hard way that travelling really throws out my cycle! It took me a while to recover from travelling, so yet another reason to not tell people trying to conceive to go on a holiday!
