✿ Pumpkin Puree:
2 sugar pie pumpkins
water if needed
✿ Pumpkin pie filling:
Pumpkin puree from 2 sugar pie pumpkins (You may need to make more if your pumpkins are small)
1 can condensed milk (14 ounces)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg or 2 if you prefer
✿ Pie crust recipe:
2 cups flour
1 cup shortening
2 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup water
✿Whipped cream recipe:
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 or 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
