INGREDIENTS
(BROWN GRAVY)
3 tbls oil
4 tbls all purpose flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 cup (8oz) chicken broth
1 cup (8oz) beef broth
1/2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce
salt and pepper to taste
MASHED POTATOES
3 lbs Gold Yukon or Russet potatoes
3 to 4 tbls softened or melted butter
8 oz warm whole milk (or heavy cream)
salt to taste
**Use cold water when boiling potatoes for a more even cook
**Cook until fork tender
