CAESAR DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
2 small garlic cloves, minced
2 anchovies
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (I like the brand Maille)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Olive Oil
10 -15 Capers
3 drops Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tbs vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, blend together the garlic, anchovy, Eggs, Capers, Dijon mustard Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the Olive Oil, salt and pepper and blend. Taste and adjust to your liking. The dressing will keep well in the fridge for about a week.
