A quick look at my two scopes. I Feel like I forgot stuff. so if you have questions please ask them. I'll do my best to answer well.
The 203 is dual Chanel (not really a quad as advertised) with a bandwidth around 1mhz. Multi function signal gen. Pretty decent bang for the buck. Two channels is really handy. I was a bit annoyed to find the digital channels are almost useless. Although if I did better homework, I would not have been surprised. There is a forum at seed studios where many features and bugs are discussed.
DSO201 is single channel, 100khz bandwidth, Auto set voltage/time and trigger scales. Good for nOOb's, pretty limited. Could be ok for some Car/Auto stuff. Still not bad for $65-$70. Was my first scope, and left me wanting more bandwidth almost right away. I do not regret the purchase though.
Bear in mind, both scopes are Beta Models. No update date has been set to my knowledge. There is open source firmware available. I haven't tried it.
