Walnut Biscuits 桃酥

2 cup / 256 g all purpose flour
3/4 cup / 150 g granulated sugar
1 tsp / 4 g baking powder
1/2 tsp / 3 g baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 egg
1/2 cup / 118 ml flavourless oil
1/2 cup / 118 ml softened butter
1 cup / 125 g chopped walnuts
1/2 cup / 62 g whole walnuts
175°C 11-14分钟
