This is the starter kit that I used -
Sugar tea- 1 cup organic cane sugar, 6 green or black tea bags (I use 3 and 3) Let steep for 5 minutes
After you ferment it a second time, put the bottles in the fridge to stop the fermentation process.
I would reccomend NOT opening the bottles and straining it like I did because it removes the carbonation. Just use a juice instead of a fruit puree.
