This is a REAL TIME follow-along 6-pack abs workout for women and men. No equipment required so you can do this at home or anywhere.. Read the full instructions here:
It consists of eight 45 second exercises that targets your entire abdominal muscles, your obliques and your core. My recommendation is to do the workout every OTHER day in order to give your abs a chance to recover and strengthen.
Here are the exercises:
1. Kickouts
2. Seated bicycles
3. Jack knives
4. Super crunches
5. Butt raises
6. Lazy scissors
7. Mini butt raises
8. Heel crunches
The whole 6-pack abs workout for women takes a total of 8 minutes, including rest time between sets.1 set should make your rectus abdominus, your internal and external obliques, and your transversus abdominis, also known as your core, burning like crazy. If you want even more of a challenge, do two sets!
A few tips: First, always remember to exhale completely when you contract or flex the muscle you are working out. Inhale when you release. This will help you achieve results must faster.
